It’s been a few days of mainly travelling and trying to acclimatise back to wintry weather after a few weeks in the Sun. As usual, we found time for a few minor incidents along the way.
Heading North towards the French Border (and it’s getting colder)
Trundling slowly northward up the east coast of Spain, the weather has remained clear and sunny but the temperatures have now dropped considerably.
A New Year and a New Direction: East then North
2023 has arrived and, rather than marching boldly on into uncharted territory, we’re now slowly trundling back homeward along the coast, from El Hornillo to Caleta de Vélez, Motril, Almerimar, Roquetas de Mar, and Agua Amarga.

From Tarifa, we continued on to Baelo Claudia, Cabo Trafalgar, Arcos de la Frontera, and Algodonales, visited Ford Autos MultiRonda, then travelled on to our current location at El Hornillo

from Almerimar, we’ve traversed the Costa del Sol, passed Gibraltar and (almost) made it to the most southerly point in Mainland Europe.
